Monthly Focus Partnership

Ongoing Strategic Support
Audio-First Communication
Limited Availability

Steady structure. Thoughtful recalibration. Continued forward movement.

The Intensive creates the plan.
The Monthly Partnership helps you keep living it.

You do not need someone hovering over you.

You need a consistent partner who understands the larger plan, recognizes when something has shifted, helps you make informed adjustments, and keeps important priorities from being buried beneath everything else demanding your attention.

The Monthly Focus Partnership provides ongoing strategic focus support for clients who have completed the

14-Day Focus Partnership Intensive and would benefit from continued accountability, planning, reflection, and implementation guidance.

This is a calm, structured working relationship—not constant conversation, surveillance, or pressure to perform.

We work with your real responsibilities, real capacity, and real circumstances while continuing to move meaningful work forward.

Available by invitation only after completion of the Focus Partnership Intensive. Continuation is selective and not automatic.

Why Monthly Support
Some goals need more than a strong start.

Once the initial clutter has been sorted, priorities have been identified, and a realistic plan has been created, the next challenge is keeping that plan useful as responsibilities, capacity, and circumstances change.

The Monthly Focus Partnership provides continued structure after your Intensive ends.

Together, we protect the progress you have made, address emerging friction, adjust the plan when necessary, and keep meaningful work moving forward without relying on panic, pressure, or last-minute urgency.

Monthly Focus Partnership

$1,500 per month

Three-month initial commitment

After the initial term, service continues month to month.

Founding Partner Rate

$1,250 per month

The Founding Partner Rate is available to the first three clients accepted into the Monthly Focus Partnership.

This is a one-time founding offer limited to three total clients. It does not restart with each monthly cycle.

The rate applies to each founding client’s first three consecutive months. Beginning with the fourth month, service continues at the standard rate of $1,500 per month.

Available exclusively after the Intensive

The Monthly Focus Partnership may be offered after completion of the 14-Day Focus Partnership Intensive when continued support is appropriate for the client’s goals, working style, and needs.

Enrollment is not automatic. Availability and fit are confirmed during the closing stage of the Intensive.

Eligible clients receive private enrollment and payment information directly.

What’s Included:

Monthly Priority Planning:

At the beginning of each monthly cycle, we identify the primary outcome that needs your attention, review current responsibilities and constraints, and establish a realistic direction for the weeks ahead.

You receive an updated written Focus Plan with clear priorities, sequencing, and next actions.

One Monthly Strategy Call:

A focused 45-minute audio call to review progress, clarify priorities, make decisions, and establish the month’s working plan.

Calls are mics on, cameras off.

No performance necessary.

Weekly Structured Check-Ins:

You receive one scheduled check-in each week to review:

  • what moved forward;

  • what became difficult;

  • what changed;

  • what needs clarification; and

  • what deserves attention next.

These are purposeful check-ins—not generic motivational messages.

Message-Based Implementation Support:

During agreed support windows, you may use the designated private communication channel for brief questions, progress updates, decision support, and help navigating obstacles connected to the active plan.

Messages are generally answered within one business day unless a different response window has been agreed upon.

Midmonth Recalibration:

Around the midpoint of the cycle, we examine what the original plan identified correctly and what reality has taught us since then.

Priorities, timing, or next actions may be adjusted so the plan remains useful rather than becoming another document you feel guilty about not following perfectly.

One Brief Recalibration Call:

One 20-minute audio call is available during the month when a live conversation would be more efficient than extended messaging.

This call may be used for:

  • a meaningful decision;

  • a change in direction;

  • an unexpected obstacle; or

  • a focused reset of the existing plan.

End-of-Month Progress Review:

At the end of each cycle, you receive a concise written review covering:

  • progress made;

  • unfinished or deferred work;

  • recurring friction;

  • decisions reached; and

  • recommended priorities for the next cycle.

Continued Plan Management:

Your Focus Plan remains a working tool throughout the partnership.

It may be updated as information, capacity, or priorities change.

The goal is not to follow an outdated plan perfectly. The goal is to maintain a useful path forward.

More Than Accountability Messages

The Monthly Focus Partnership is not built around repeatedly asking whether you completed a task.

It includes the thinking that surrounds the task:

  • Is it still the correct priority?

  • Is the sequence realistic?

  • Has new information changed the plan?

  • Is the obstacle practical, structural, or related to capacity?

  • Does the work need to be reduced, reorganized, delegated, paused, or approached differently?

  • What decision would allow progress to resume?

You are not purchasing reminders.

You are receiving continued access to informed judgment from someone who already understands the goal, the plan, the obstacles, and the way you work.

This is not:

  • Constant monitoring

  • Daily pressure

  • Unlimited access

  • Therapy or crisis support

  • Emotional processing

  • Someone taking control of your decisions

  • A substitute for your participation

  • Completion of every task on your behalf

This is:

  • Strategic continuity

  • Personalized planning

  • Calm accountability

  • Thoughtful redirection

  • Decision support

  • Realistic prioritization

  • Plan recalibration

  • Structured follow-through

The Monthly Rhythm

1. Plan the Month

We review the current landscape, choose the primary focus, and establish a realistic plan.

You receive an updated roadmap with priorities and next actions.

2. Work the Plan

You move through the agreed actions with structured weekly check-ins and message-based support.

You remain responsible for completing your actions. I remain responsible for providing the agreed structure, reflection, redirection, and strategic support.

3. Recalibrate

We assess what is working, what is not, and what has changed.

The plan is adjusted when necessary rather than forcing you to continue following something that no longer fits.

4. Review and Continue

We close the cycle by documenting progress, identifying remaining work, and establishing the recommended direction for the next month.

One Primary Focus Lane at a Time

The Monthly Focus Partnership is designed around one primary project, goal, or closely related area of responsibility during each cycle.

That focus may contain several connected actions, but the service is not intended to manage every area of your life or business simultaneously.

Examples may include:

  • launching or completing a defined business project;

  • establishing and maintaining an outreach system;

  • organizing an operational backlog;

  • completing a professional or creative project;

  • developing a sustainable administrative rhythm;

  • implementing a plan created during the Intensive; or

  • maintaining progress through a demanding season.

Your primary focus may change between monthly cycles.

A major change in direction requiring new research, extensive analysis, or a completely new strategic plan may require a separate Intensive or an additional quoted service.

This protects the scope of the partnership and the quality of the support you receive.

Who This Is For

The Monthly Focus Partnership may be right for you if:

  • You completed the Focus Partnership Intensive and benefited from the structure.

  • You have meaningful work that requires more than a short burst of attention.

  • You want consistent support without constant conversation.

  • You value calm communication, clear expectations, and honest reflection.

  • You are willing to communicate when something is not working.

  • You want your plan adjusted according to reality rather than shame.

  • You are prepared to participate in your own progress.

  • You understand that sustainable movement may include strategic pauses, changed priorities, or reduced scope.

  • You want a partner who can hold the larger picture while you work through the individual steps.

I will meet you where you are.

I will not pretend that your time, capacity, or circumstances are unlimited.

And I will not confuse pressure with progress.

Communication and Boundaries

The Monthly Focus Partnership is intentionally structured so that support remains useful, sustainable, and respectful of both parties.

  • All services are provided virtually.

  • Communication occurs through one agreed primary channel.

  • Calls are audio-first, with cameras off unless otherwise agreed.

  • Google Meet may be used for the call connection while cameras remain off.

  • Support is provided during established Eastern Time business windows.

  • Messages are generally answered within one business day.

  • This service does not provide immediate-response or 24/7 access.

  • Weekend and holiday support is not included unless specifically stated.

  • Calls and scheduled check-ins are tied to the current billing cycle and do not roll over.

  • Message support is available only during the active cycle and within agreed support windows.

  • The partnership supports one primary focus lane per monthly cycle.

Full communication, payment, cancellation, participation, and service terms are provided before enrollment.

Important Participation Note:

The Monthly Focus Partnership provides strategy, structure, accountability, and implementation support.

The client remains responsible for making final decisions and completing agreed actions.

Progress cannot be guaranteed because outcomes depend on circumstances, participation, decisions, and factors outside either party’s control.

Services Outside the Monthly Partnership

The Monthly Focus Partnership does not include:

  • Therapy, counseling, medical guidance, or crisis intervention

  • Unlimited messaging or unscheduled calls

  • Around-the-clock availability

  • Daily supervision

  • Full business or project management

  • Management of employees, contractors, or vendors

  • Completion of the client’s assigned actions

  • Extensive external research

  • Administrative execution or done-for-you tasks

  • Website development

  • Automation setup

  • Multiple unrelated projects

  • Unlimited revisions

  • A completely rebuilt strategic plan every month

When appropriate, administrative, research, website, automation, or other done-for-you services may be quoted separately through Virtual Assistant Michelle.

Focus support helps determine and maintain the plan. Done-for-you work is a separate service.

Continuing, Pausing, and Ending Service

Renewal and Continuation

The Monthly Focus Partnership begins with a three-month initial commitment.

After the initial term, the partnership continues month to month unless either party chooses not to continue.

Payment reserves the client’s support capacity for the upcoming cycle.

Clients who do not wish to renew must provide notice according to the terms in their service agreement before the next billing date.

Because availability is limited, a paused or released Monthly Partnership space cannot be guaranteed for a later date.

Virtual Assistant Michelle may recommend concluding or pausing the partnership when:

  • the client has completed the work;

  • the service is no longer the appropriate form of support;

  • participation has become consistently inactive;

  • the partnership is no longer functioning within the agreed structure; or

  • another service or professional resource would be more appropriate.

Ending the partnership is not automatically a failure.

Sometimes successful support means the client no longer needs the same level of support.
